We ship from New Zealand and Hong Kong, depending on the product. We have multiple warehouses to ensure speedy and safe delivery no matter where you're located.
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, please request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will kindly be denied. We accept all major debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. You can be rest assured that our payment channels are 100% secure. We do not hold any payment information.
We endeavor to ship out items as soon as possible once the order has been made. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped on the same or next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in NZ Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
